We aim to deliver your products safely and quickly across India.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
• Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery:

• Metro cities: 3–5 days
• Other cities: 4–7 days
• Remote locations: 7–10 days

Delivery time depends on courier partners and area pincode.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
• Free shipping may apply on minimum order value during offers.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS.

5. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If undelivered due to customer unavailability, the order may be returned to origin (RTO).

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged or tampered:

• Do not accept the delivery
• Take photos and contact us immediately

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within India only.
