Return & Refund Policy – Kaya Ruchi

Your satisfaction is important to us. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in specific valid cases.

Eligible for Return/Replacement

We accept return or replacement only if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong item
  • The product is defective

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened, used, or tested products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Claims without proof of issue
  • Customer dislike of shade or texture

Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • COD refunds are credited via bank transfer or UPI.

Replacement and Exchange policy

We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days.
