Your satisfaction is important to us. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in specific valid cases.
Eligible for Return/Replacement
We accept return or replacement only if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong item
- The product is defective
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
Not Eligible for Return
- Opened, used, or tested products
- Products without original packaging
- Claims without proof of issue
- Customer dislike of shade or texture
Refund Process
If approved:
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- COD refunds are credited via bank transfer or UPI.
Replacement and Exchange policy
We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days.
